Job description
As part of its strong growth, StrangeBee is hiring an FP&A Analyst to structure and professionalize the company's FP&A function. Reporting to our CFO, you will be responsible for making ARR/MRR and segment/product profitability tracking more reliable, strengthening budget cycles and rolling forecasts, and providing the COMEX with a reliable, actionable view to support strategic decisions (pricing, marketing/sales budget allocation, business plan trajectory).
Responsibilities
Take ownership of and strengthen monthly reporting (ARR, P&L, KPIs, other dashboards), ensuring continuity of quality while identifying opportunities for automation
Improve our ARR analysis structure
Take charge of preparing the next budget cycle or rolling forecasts, depending on arrival date
Launch ROI calculation and analysis for revenue teams
Become a trusted point of contact for operational managers
Contribute to updating the business plan
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or software publisher (solid understanding of ARR, Churn, NRR metrics)
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to produce reliable financial reporting autonomously, with rigor and attention to data accuracy
Fluent in both French and English (interaction with international teams)
Analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills (not just producing data, but drawing actionable insights from it)
Experience in a fast-growing start-up environment is a plus
Product/business sensitivity beyond pure finance (understanding of go-to-market dynamics, SaaS sales cycles, etc.) is a plus
