International Channel Manager
Help incident responders around the world. Collaborate in a supportive, high-impact team and grow as we shape Europe’s leading incident response platform.
Job description
We're looking for an International Channel Manager, based in Paris or Barcelona and reporting to the VP Sales, to build, structure, and grow our partner network (resellers, integrators, MSSPs) around the world.
This is a rare opportunity for someone looking to grow into a strategic function: you won't be joining a channel program with processes already set in stone, you'll actively help build it, with direct support from the VP Sales. Your creativity, ideas, and ability to learn fast will matter as much as your experience.
Responsibilities
Contribute to defining and rolling out a channel strategy for our priority markets (EMEA, Middle East, North America and beyond), working closely with the VP Sales
Identify, recruit, and qualify new partners aligned with our positioning and values
Drive engagement across the existing network: communication cadence, events, commercial highlights
Design and deliver training and enablement programs to make our partners autonomous and effective on our products
Contribute to building the tools, processes, and materials needed for the program's success (engagement rules, discount structuring, co-marketing, etc.)
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align direct and indirect efforts
Act as a key point of contact for partners, and their voice internally
Track key metrics: partner-sourced pipeline, certification rates, partner satisfaction
Regular international travel should be expected as part of network engagement
Requirements
2-4 years minimum experience in channel management, partnerships, or indirect sale, this role is designed to support your growth, with direct guidance from the VP Sales
Ideally some exposure to cybersecurity or B2B software, though this isn't a blocking requirement
An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building from a blank page, without waiting for everything to be fully defined before moving forward
Strong listening and teaching skills to train and rally partners with varied profiles
Fluent English is essential; any additional language (Arabic, German, Spanish...) is a real plus given our international coverage
An interest in technical environments (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be curious about the products you're representing)
Energy, commitment, and a genuine desire to leave your mark on a program still being built
Availability for frequent travel
Salary structure
50% fixed / 50% variable.
You might feel hesitant to apply if you don’t match 100% of the requirements. This list is a guide, we encourage you to apply even if you are a partial match. We are building teams that innovate, not teams that simply tick every box.
Hiring process
We aim to keep our process transparent, structured, and respectful of your time.
Discovery call with the hiring team (30 minutes)
A first conversation to understand your background, motivations, and answer your initial questions.Interview with the VP Sales (45 minutes)
Deep dive into your experience, skills, and the role expectations.Fit interview with one of our Account Executives (45 minutes)

Why join us
At StrangeBee, you won’t just join a company, you’ll help shape a growing European cybersecurity leader.
What makes us different is not only what we build, but how we build it.
Customer Centric
Everything we do starts with impact. We build for real security teams facing real threats. We listen carefully, challenge assumptions, and aim to deeply understand the “why” behind every need. If you care about delivering meaningful value, not just shipping features, you’ll feel at home here.
Quest for Excellence
“Good enough” is not our standard. We continuously question how we work, how we collaborate, and how we improve our product. Excellence for us means rigor, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship, whether in code, sales conversations, customer support, or internal processes.
Embrace Change
Cybersecurity evolves constantly, so do we. We encourage initiative, ideas, and constructive challenge. If you see something that could be better, you’re expected to speak up and help drive improvement. Change is not something we endure; it’s something we actively shape.
One Team
We believe performance comes from trust. We foster open communication, mutual respect, and psychological safety. Everyone’s voice matters, and collaboration goes beyond titles or departments. We succeed together.
Joining StrangeBee means working in an environment where ownership is real, standards are high, and impact is visible, while being part of a team that genuinely supports each other.
